Helping Hands has a large work force, ranging from a highly qualified Board of Directors through to full time and part-time staff and volunteer staff. Wherever possible, we encourage participation by the village communities themselves and have been most successful in this area. Helping Hands enjoys the support of both government workers and tribal authorities.
